How the completed-order fee works
The $0.99 completed-order fee accrues during the billing month and is billed on the following month's invoice.
Completed-order fees apply only to completed orders: verified pickup completion for pickup, and authoritative delivery completion for delivery. Accepted, prepared, dispatched, paid or cancelled orders are never charged.
Not included in the subscription
- Payment processing fees charged by your payment provider.
- Applicable taxes.
- Separately scoped services, such as custom design work or bespoke integrations.
- Third-party delivery provider charges, where a provider is used.
Invoices are due according to your merchant agreement. A $35 late fee may apply to a qualifying overdue balance as set out in that agreement, and any fee is disclosed on the invoice it appears on.
